  • Supported Epic's processes for outpatient prescription and medication workflow implementation and development for 1.5 years. I served as the primary support contact for escalated customer issues and to provide feedback on development efforts. This position also included periodic reviews of workflow training and implementation materials to ensure the relevance and accuracy of presented information in comparison to customer expectations.
  • Served as an Ambulatory Gold Star Reviewer for 2 years. The Epic Gold Stars program focuses on customer success and productivity through the implementation and maintenance of key features and key performance metrics. As a reviewer, I was responsible for approximately 3 to 5 customer reviews per month, which included an audit of the customer's instance of Epic as well as a formal review with their technical teams and leads of their compliance with Epic's Gold Star standards.
  • Served as an E-Prescribing Implementation Advisor for 1 year. This was a support group at Epic that assisted customers undergoing efforts related to outpatient e-prescribing, including initial implementations, SureScripts update cycles, and state compliance issues.
